Complaints Process

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Ethnicsupport Heating & Air should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Ethnicsupport Heating & Air
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Be aware that Ethnicsupport Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

How to File

Email contact@ethnicsupport.lat and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if known
  • A clear account of what happened and the outcome you are seeking

What Happens Next

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help.
